The fully equipped kitchen includes the necessary amenities, as well as a dining area for added convenience. Air-conditioned and elegantly appointed, the apartments ensure both serenity and comfort.
Two-Bedroom Superior Apartment
These spacious 70 m² apartments are designed for comfort and can accommodate up to 6 guests. They feature two separate bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds, as well as a living room with a sofa bed. The apartment includes two modern bathrooms with a shower and complimentary toiletries. The fully equipped kitchen is provided with all necessary amenities, making it ideal for a convenient stay. Additional amenities include air conditioning, a dining area and a balcony, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and functionality.
Duplex Apartment
The apartments are equipped with modern air conditioning and soundproofing systems. On the ground floor, there is a spacious and bright living-dining room. The living room features a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, and an iPod docking station. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, electric cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and kettle. There is also a separate dining area. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom includes its own en-suite bathroom and a queen-size bed. The second bedroom has two separate beds for two guests. The maximum occupancy of the apartment is 6 guests. Passeig de Gràcia and Gaudí’s famous monuments are just 10 minutes away by metro. An airport bus stop is 150 meters away, and Sants Train Station and AVE Station can be easily accessed by metro from the nearby Catalunya Station.
